Shipping and Returns

The Policy


We offer Free Express Shipping worldwide on all watches (or orders over $100 USD).

All express shipping orders are sent via a tracked service. A tracking number will be provided to you upon dispatch of your order which allows you to track the status of the shipment. For orders that are not eligible for free express shipping will be given the option to pay for shipping via international postage (4-6 weeks) or express shipping (1 to 5 business days). The shipping cost will be provided upon checkout.

To avoid issues with delivery, we advise providing an address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for your package.

Please note:
Refused packages and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address) are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

*Please note – Delivery times are our best estimate based on normal service levels for our shipping partners. OSO Watch Co is not responsible for any delays that may occur once we have handed off a package to a shipping partner.

Custom Duty/Taxes (For International Orders)

Depending on your country, you may be liable for your local customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.

These are not shipping charges and are payable by you – please consider this prior to purchasing if applicable. We advise consulting your local customs website for more information.

OSO Watch Co will always declare the full customs value of your order when shipping internationally.


If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense. To return a product, please contact us first. Products returned without first contacting us will not be accepted as returns and no refund will be issued. Once we receive your returned order and the product and packaging have been inspected and verified as being unworn and undamaged, we will issue you a refund. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. You are responsible for arranging postage to our office.

What’s The Return Process?

Simply e-mail [email protected] with your order number and we will provide you with the instructions for the return. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.


If you’d like to exchange something for a different color or product, we will treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you’d like to receive in exchange. To arrange a return, please email [email protected]
